Terms
This site is a preview of something still being built, plus a form to hear about it when it's ready. These terms cover that much and no more.

Who you're dealing with
This website is operated by Byte Fusion Consulting AB, org. nr 5595155648 Sweden. Reach us at hello@lymula.com.
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you accept what's on this page. If you don't, the site is still free to read — just don't submit the form.
What this site is, and isn't
Lymula is in development. Nothing you see here is a released product, and the screens and video on the home page show work in progress that will look different by the time anyone can use it.
Anything we say about features, languages, platforms, pricing or timing is our current intention, not a promise. Any of it can change, and some of it depends on agreements with third parties that aren't finished. We may also decide not to release Lymula at all.
The waitlist
Joining means you've asked us to email you when there's a build worth trying. That's the whole arrangement. It isn't a purchase, a reservation, a licence, or a queue position you own.
- We can't promise when an invitation will arrive, or that everyone on the list gets one.
- Access may be limited in stages, by platform or by language, depending on what's finished.
- You can leave at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@lymula.com. Your address gets deleted.
- We can remove signups that look automated or abusive, and we may close the list when it's served its purpose.
What we do with your address is set out in the privacy page.
What belongs to whom
The Lymula name, the design of this site, its text and its visual elements belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site and to quote or screenshot it when writing or talking about Lymula. Please don't copy the design wholesale or present our material as your own.
Song titles, lyrics, recordings, artist names and any music referenced in or around the product belong to their respective rights holders, and appear under licence or not at all. Nothing on this site transfers any rights in that material to you.
Other people's content
The demo video is served by YouTube and is subject to YouTube's own terms. The research paper we link to is hosted by its publisher. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them, though we do stand behind how we've described the research.
Availability and liability
This is a pre-launch site run by a one-person company. It's provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be available, accurate or error-free, and we may change or take it down at any time.
To the extent Swedish law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on anything described here as planned or forthcoming. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
These terms will be replaced before the app launches, since a real product with accounts and subscriptions needs terms that address them. Until then, we may update this page and the date at the top will say when.
Swedish law governs these terms, and Swedish courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this doesn't remove your right to bring a claim where you live.
