Right now Lymula collects one thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form. This page explains what happens to it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or deleted.

Who is responsible for your data
Lymula is built and run by Byte Fusion Consulting AB, org. nr 5595155648 stockholm Sweden. Under the GDPR we are the data controller for the information described on this page.
For anything to do with your data, write to hello@lymula.com. One person reads that inbox, so you'll get a real answer rather than a ticket number.
What we collect, and why
There is no Lymula account yet and no app to log into. The only thing we hold is what the waitlist form sends when you submit it.
- Your email address
- So we can send you one message when the beta opens. This is the only thing you actually type in.
- Device type
- Whether your browser looks like Android, iOS or a desktop computer. We use it to decide which platform to finish first — it's a rough guess from your browser's user agent, not a device identifier.
- How you got here
- If you arrived from a link that carried a campaign tag, we store that tag so we know which post brought people in. If you arrived through someone's referral link, we store that too.
- Timestamp and technical log data
- Our waitlist provider records when a signup arrived, along with standard technical information such as your IP address. This is also our record that you gave consent.
We don't ask for your name, we don't build a profile of you, and we don't try to work out who you are beyond the address you gave us.
The legal basis
Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Submitting the waitlist form is how you give it, and the form says what you're signing up for. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it: reply to any email from us, or write to hello@lymula.com, and your address is deleted. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did while it was valid.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of services to run this site. They act as our processors: they handle your data on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
- GetWaitlist — Waitlist, LLC stores the waitlist itself, under that provider's own terms.
- Cloudflare — serves this website. It processes the technical request data any web server sees, such as your IP address.
- Google — the typefaces on this page load from Google's font servers, and the demo video on the home page is a YouTube embed. Loading a font tells Google your IP address. The video player may set cookies on your device once you press play; it doesn't before that.
Nobody buys your address from us, because we don't sell it. We won't pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That's why there's no consent banner in your way. The only cookies that can appear come from the YouTube player, and only if you choose to play the video.
How long we keep it
Until the beta invitation has gone out and you've had a reasonable chance to use it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Lymula never launches, the whole list gets deleted and we'll tell you before that happens.
If you ask to be removed, we delete your address rather than keeping a suppression record, unless you specifically ask us to make sure you're never contacted again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge. Email hello@lymula.com and we'll respond within one month.
- See the data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct it if it's wrong.
- Have it deleted.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Receive it in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw your consent, which ends the processing entirely.
If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se. We'd rather you told us first so we can fix it, but that's your call.
Changes to this page
Lymula is in development, so this will change as the product grows — an actual app with accounts and progress data will need more than a waitlist does. If a change materially affects what we do with data we already hold, we'll email everyone on the list before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
